Carbon six waterproofing agent (C6 waterproofing agent) is a new generation of fluorine-containing waterproofing finishing agent, with a shorter perfluorohexyl (C6F13) structure in its molecular chain compared to traditional carbon eight (C8) waterproofing agents. By utilizing the hydrophobic and oleophobic properties of fluorocarbon chains (C6F13), a nano scale oriented film layer is formed on the surface of fibers
Short chain effect: C6 structure is more easily degraded than C8, while retaining low surface tension (10-15mN/m);
Crosslinking technology: compounding with polyurethane or acrylic ester to enhance washing resistance and mechanical strength;
